Entrepreneurs and self-employed workers can now manage their official company details for free, at any time and from anywhere. FPS Economy has developed My Enterprise, a tool which can be accessed at any time from a computer, tablet or smartphone. The entrepreneur just needs his electronic identity card and a card reader or token.
My Enterprise is accessible at myenterprise.be and allows an entrepreneur or self-employed worker to immediately access data concerning their company in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE). The entrepreneur now only needs to modify his data once in the BCE via My Entreprise, and all administrations and users of the BCE will have this new information: contact details, bank account number, company mandates, address, name, activities, etc.
Some details cannot be modified by the entrepreneurs themselves but, thanks to My Enterprise, they can immediately find out which service to contact to make this modification. This mainly concerns company name, address, activity and entrepreneurial capacities.
In addition, much of the information registered in the BCE is public. Anyone can search for information on establishments, activities and contact details. Potential customers can also check if a company is registered, and companies can check their suppliers via the BCE. This is also why it is important for companies that their details in My Enterprise are correct and up-to-date.
